These shams are designed to fit over pre-made pillow forms, no zippers, no ruffles, no cording, just pure fun.  With intermediate sewing and rotary cutting skills, each of these can be made in one hour or less.  The sleeve on the 12" X 16" pillow is removable/reversible and made with two different fabrics for decorating options.  The sleeve for the 14" pillow is also removable.
